Associate members participate in all activities of the Association but do not have the right to vote.

| The European Sunglass Association has been created to promote Sunglasses and its industry. |
| To become regular members of the ESA one must be involved in the European sunglass market, be domiciled and carry out its activities in the European Community or in Switzerland and Norway. Any person/company involved in the European sunglass market but who does not qualify to become a regular member can apply to become an associate member. |
